Our Meishan Sirloin Pork Roast is cut from the rear portion of the loin, where the loin meets the ham, and comes from heritage Meishan pigs raised right here at MF Farmstead in Carrollton, Georgia.

Meishan pork is prized for its rich pork flavor and natural marbling, giving this traditional roast something you just don't get from conventional grocery-store pork. The sirloin roast is a versatile cut that's perfect for a hearty Sunday dinner, family gathering, or an easy meal that provides plenty of leftovers.
